If you are inspired to develop collections aligned with trends, lifestyle, and customer needs, this opportunity is for you. **Position Objective** ----------------------- Develop design proposals for private-label collections, ensuring innovation, trend relevance, profitability, and alignment with the company’s commercial strategy. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Research and analysis of fashion, fabric, silhouette, and color trends. * Development of private-label collections and design proposals. * Preparation of technical specifications and monitoring of sample development. * Coordination with purchasing, suppliers, and production departments. * Supervision of garment fittings, adjustments, and approvals. * Tracking of the product development timeline. * Support in defining concepts, mood boards, and collection storytelling. * Monitoring of product commercial performance and proposing improvements. **Required Profile** -------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field. * Prior experience in fashion design, preferably in retail or private-label environments. * Knowledge of trends, pattern-making, textiles, and garment manufacturing processes. * Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite. * Organizational skills, creativity, and commercial orientation. * Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **We Offer** ------------- * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Professional development opportunities. * Excellent working environment. * In-house discounts and benefits.
