Your Mission at the Plant: * Set up and operate die-cutting machines (flatbed or rotary) for packaging. * Perform alignment and adjustments to ensure clean cuts and perfect creasing. * Operate programmable slitting machines, ensuring precise cuts according to production orders. * Carry out basic maintenance to keep your tools operating at 100% capacity. What We Are Looking For: * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in die-cutting or precision slitting. * **Technical Skill:** Knowledge of changing dies (cutting rules), adjusting pressures, and operating programmable guillotines. * **Attention to Detail:** Someone who understands that in this role, **1 mm is the difference between success and failure**. * **Safety:** Full commitment to safety regulations (use of guards and sensors). **Ready for the Challenge?** If you know how to achieve perfect double die-cutting and slitting, we want to meet you.
