Professional title and license. Knowledge of surgical techniques and sterilization. Ability to work under pressure. Organization, communication, and teamwork skills. Flexible schedule availability and service-oriented attitude. **Main Responsibilities** Prepare and verify the operating room before each procedure. Ensure that equipment, instruments, and supplies are complete and functional. Properly receive and identify the patient. Verify clinical records, informed consent, and preoperative studies. Assist in positioning and securing the patient on the surgical table. Maintain aseptic and surgical safety techniques. Provide materials and supplies to the sterile team during surgery. Perform sponge, gauze, and instrument counts together with the scrub nurse. Document incidents and procedure records. Assist in transferring the patient to recovery. Supervise cleaning and preparation of the operating room for the next surgery.
