




Position Summary: Monitor and coordinate flight and service operations, ensure adherence to schedules and procedures, and escalate critical incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with operational safety policies RESPONSIBILITIES: **Monitor daily flight and assigned service operations.** Track operational incidents and coordinate corrective actions. **Maintain constant communication with ramp, passenger, maintenance, crew, and customer departments.** Verify compliance with schedules, service times, and established SLAs. **Record and report operational incidents timely and accurately.** Coordinate operational resources to ensure continuity of operations. **Track operational changes, delays, cancellations, and contingencies.** Prepare daily operational reports and logs. **Ensure compliance with operational safety policies and internal procedures.** Provide operational support during emergencies or contingencies. **Escalate critical incidents to the appropriate personnel.** **REQUIRED PROFILE SKILLS: LANGUAGES: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: 1 to 3 years in airport operations, logistics, CCO, or operational coordination. Aerospace industry experience preferred. Effective communication, organization and follow-up, decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork. Intermediate English desirable.
