Bakery Assistant

At **Elegant Catering**, we are seeking a **Bakery Assistant** with a service-oriented attitude, commitment, and passion for producing baked goods and pastries. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in daily preparation, decoration, and production, ensuring quality, presentation, and food safety for every product. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of dough and mixture preparation; fundamental baking and oven techniques; hygienic handling of food; basic use of ovens and bakery equipment * Minimum educational level (preferably courses or specialization in baking or pastry) * Basic inventory and supply management skills * Basic handling of kitchen utensils and machinery * Residence near the work area (Naucalpan, one block from Av. Primero de Mayo) **Responsibilities** * Assist in the daily production of bakery items according to established recipes and procedures. * Prepare ingredients, mixtures, and doughs for production. * Assist in kneading, fermentation, baking, and cooling activities. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, utensils, and work areas. * Verify proper storage and preservation of supplies. * Assist in arranging, packaging, and preparing products for delivery or service. * Comply with hygiene and food safety standards throughout all operations. **We Offer:** * Starting salary: $12,000 net * Weekly payment * Savings fund * Complimentary cafeteria service * Monday to Saturday (fixed day off on Sundays) * 09:00 to 19:00 (fixed schedule) * Statutory benefits Salary: Starting from $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free beverages * Flexible schedules * Cafeteria service Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in pastry, baking, or cooking?
