We are CONSORCIO SIEMPRE VERDE, a company dedicated to Irrigation Systems and Landscaping. We are currently seeking a BACKHOE OPERATOR to join our team. Job Summary: Our commitment lies in quality, on-time delivery, and safety for our clients. We seek a backhoe operator to become a valuable member of our team and contribute to our vision of success. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operate backhoe for excavation tasks. * Earthmoving, loading and unloading of materials. * Ensure efficient and safe equipment operation, as well as compliance with quality, safety, and timeline standards for each project. WE OFFER: * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM until completion; Saturdays, half-day. * Statutory benefits. * Base salary + bonuses (paid weekly). REQUIREMENTS: * Gender: Not specified. * Age: 25 years or older. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Proven employment stability (to avoid high turnover). * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance. * Familiarity with safety signage and operational standards on construction sites or in industrial settings. * Reside near the work area or have convenient transportation access (El Pueblito, Corregidora, Qro.). * Completed secondary education.
