The primary objective of this position is to accurately execute assigned clients’ accounting and tax processes, ensuring compliance and strict adherence to our operational controls. This position offers an excellent development opportunity, with a real possibility of transitioning to full-time employment within a few months, depending on demonstrated performance. Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (completed or near completion). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year working as an accounting assistant in accounting firms (client portfolio management is mandatory). * **Software:** Intermediate-level Excel proficiency, use of the SAT portal, and Microsoft Office suite. * **Technical flexibility:** Experience using any accounting system or ERP (e.g., COI, CONTPAQi, SINUBE, or others). Prior mastery of SINUBE is not required; however, strong aptitude and willingness to rapidly learn new tools are essential. * **Essential knowledge:** General accounting (in accordance with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards – NIF), basic tax calculation (for individuals and legal entities), bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, account cleansing, XML handling, and VAT determination. * **Key competencies:** Analytical thinking (avoiding automatic execution), strict information validation (no work based on assumptions), preventive risk identification, and disciplined use of operational controls (checklists). Main Responsibilities: * Recording and entering journal entries, income, and expense transactions in compliance with current regulations. * Performing monthly bank reconciliations and account cleansing. * Preparing working papers for federal and state tax determinations. * Handling XML files and continuously validating information against SAT portals. * Mandatory and disciplined use of checklists and operational logs defined by the firm to ensure work traceability. * Timely and professional follow-up on client requests within established deadlines. We Offer: * **Monthly salary:** Range of $7,500.00 to $8,500.00 MXN gross (based on qualifications and experience). * **Work schedule type:** Part-time (partial workday). * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 2:30 pm (continuous schedule, no lunch break). * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. * **Growth:** Development plan with medium-term potential to advance to Full-Time status.
