Seeking personnel for the position of: GOVERNMENTAL CONTROL ANALYST — PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD Job Mission: Ensure timely compliance with requirements established by regulatory bodies governing private security activities, as well as conduct legal analysis and apply current legislation. Profile: \* Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (in progress or completed). \* Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in similar positions. \* Complete documentation: Birth certificate, INE (National Electoral Institute ID), CURP (Unique Population Registry Code), RFC (Taxpayer Registry Code), NSS (Social Security Number), academic transcript, proof of address, and released military service card (if applicable). \* Skills and aptitudes: Organization and negotiation Key Responsibilities: Ensure monthly registration of administrative and on-site personnel at federal and national levels, assigning each newly armed employee an official personnel ID card. Guarantee that all business units hold valid and up-to-date permits to operate as private security companies. Monitor and manage permit revalidation deadlines (Federal, State, and Municipal) in accordance with legal terms. Maintain personnel registration records with the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP). CARRY OUT FEDERAL PERMIT REVALIDATION NATIONWIDE BEFORE THE SECRETARIAT OF GOVERNMENT (SEGOB) Manage and update collective private licenses. Manage personnel onboarding and offboarding.
