Coordinate technical, medical, and administrative staff within the department. **Job Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper functioning of the Radiology and Medical Imaging Department, guaranteeing diagnostic quality, regulatory compliance, radiation safety, and timely service to patients and physicians. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the daily operations of the Radiology Department. * Coordinate technical, medical, and administrative staff within the department. * Ensure proper execution of radiological and medical imaging examinations. * Verify compliance with radiation safety protocols. * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Manage operational incidents and monitor departmental performance indicators. * Implement continuous improvement and quality control processes. * Coordinate patient appointment schedules and service timelines. * Supervise compliance with official regulations and health guidelines. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Prepare operational and administrative reports. * Train and evaluate assigned personnel. **Education** * Medical Doctor with specialization in Radiology and Medical Imaging, plus administrative experience in the field. * Valid CONACEM certification. **Experience** * Minimum 3–5 years in radiology or medical imaging departments. * Prior experience in supervision or personnel management. * Proficiency with X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound equipment.
