**Job Description** We are seeking a **Branch Manager** with solid experience in restaurant, cafeteria, and wellness center operations, responsible for ensuring service excellence, supervising work teams, and optimizing branch performance. This person will be key to maintaining quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all areas of the restaurant. **Main Responsibilities** * **Manage and supervise work teams**, including servers, cooks, bar staff, and support personnel. * Ensure **customer service quality** and gastronomic experience at the branch. * Plan, coordinate, and control **daily operations**: opening, closing, inventory, orders, and maintenance. * Review staff performance and ensure compliance with operational, hygiene, and safety standards. * Prepare operational reports, cost control analyses, and commercial goal tracking. * Implement strategies to **optimize sales and efficiency**. * Coordinate logistics and human resources for special events or periods of high demand. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a **Restaurant, Cafeteria, etc. Manager or Assistant Manager**. * Skills in **leadership, team management, and conflict resolution**. * Knowledge of **operations, inventory control, cost management, and customer service**. * Degree in Administration, Gastronomy, or related field (preferred). **We Offer** * **Competitive salary: $16,000 to $18,000 net** * Statutory benefits. * Dynamic work environment.
