If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Recicle Supervisor** located in **Guadalajara North** Reporting to the **Materials Manager**, the **Recicle Supervisor’s** role involves: **What a typical day looks like:** * A Reviews and monitors the timely confirmation and accuracy of inbound inventory, outbound shipments, and book adjustment transactions to ensure accurate inventory management records. * Coordinates and performs the taking of physical inventories in accordance with the manufacturers’ requirements, investigates inventory variances; directs the performance of daily/weekly cycle accounts and adjusts inventory records if necessary. * Coordinates delivery/pick up of materials from supply room, if exists. * Coordinates the activities associated with product recalls upon request. * Monitors the activities associated with customer return shipments including overages, shortages and damages; communications concealed damage to manufacturers. * Coordinates damaged and defective products, ensuring they are accounted for and properly handled by dumping, reconditioning, or returning to producing plant. * Supervises all inventory control personnel, if any, to achieve objectives relating to inventory control management, provides communication and suggests inventory improvements to supervisor. * Monitoring and administration of databases (Certificates of destruction, manifests, etc.). * Coordinate logistics with recycling providers. * Reconcile, invoice and generate purchase orders. * Provides back up to internal and external customer, if necessary. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * English Beginner. * Typically requires a bachelor’s degree. * Keys receipts of materials, if necessary. * Perform other related duties as assigned by management. * Effectively communicate with associates and customers in person and via telephone, verbally and non\-verbally to accomplish necessary objectives * Effectively review performance of subordinates, if any, to ensure compliance with requirements. * Must be able to shift priorities easily. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Pantry vouchers * Saving Fund * Christmas bonus * Holiday bonus * Medical Insurance * Life Insurance ### **EM57** **Job Category** ---------------- Global Procurement \& Supply Chain Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
