Cost and Estimating Analyst

Position Summary: We are seeking a specialist to develop and update cost budgets, perform quantity takeoffs, analyze variances, and collaborate across departments. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in developing and updating cost budgets 2. Ability to negotiate quotations and evaluate budget variances 3. Collaboration with engineering, procurement, and construction execution teams Prepare cost budgets for projects. Develop and update estimates considering materials, labor, equipment, tools, and productivity. Perform quantity takeoffs and measurements from architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and exterior works drawings. Prepare cost comparisons against budgets. Request, analyze, and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Evaluate budget variances and propose corrective actions or adjustments to estimates. Maintain up-to-date cost catalogs, databases, and price lists. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, planning, and construction execution departments. **Competencies:** * Proficiency in unit pricing * Advanced Excel skills * Experience with construction software such as: AutoCAD, Neodata, Opus. * Knowledge of construction regulations * Ability to interpret drawings and specifications. **Requirements:** Gender: Unspecified Age: 23 years or older Education: Architecture degree or related field Experience: 2 to 5 years Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
