1\. **Operational Supervision and Coordination**
* Support the Rooms Division Manager in **planning, organizing, and supervising** departments under their responsibility (Housekeeping, Front Office, Laundry, Maintenance).
* Ensure that **guest rooms and public areas** are clean, well-organized, and maintained in optimal condition for guests.
* Coordinate with Front Office on guest arrivals and departures (check\-in / check\-out) to optimize cleaning and maintenance workflows.
* Monitor hotel **quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards** in accordance with brand policies.
2\. **Guest Service**
* Respond to guest requests, feedback, or complaints, ensuring a **prompt and courteous response** in their language (Spanish/English).
* Coordinate special guest services (amenities, additional cleaning, urgent maintenance, etc.).
* Enhance **customer satisfaction** through professional and personalized service.
3\. **Administrative Management**
* Prepare daily reports on occupancy, cleaning, maintenance, and staff performance.
* Manage inventories of linens, cleaning supplies, uniforms, and complimentary items.
4\. **Personnel Management**
* Supervise operational staff in Housekeeping, Laundry, and public areas.
* Coordinate staff schedules, breaks, training, and evaluations.
* Promote a positive work environment and teamwork.
5\. **Interdepartmental Communication and Coordination**
* Serve as liaison between the Rooms Division and other departments (Front Office, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, Security).
* Ensure timely communication of relevant information (blocked rooms, lost items, pending maintenance).
6\. **Required Competencies and Skills**
* Functional proficiency in at least **two languages (Spanish and English)**.
* Knowledge of **international cleaning, safety, and hospitality standards**.
* Leadership, organizational, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent personal presentation and service-oriented attitude.
Experience and Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Excellent spelling and writing skills.
Flexible availability for shifts and transportation.
