A company driven by our people. **Requirements:** --------------- * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree * Proficiency in OTM and TMS * 3 years of experience * Intermediate Excel skills * Residence near the area **Responsibilities:** ---------------- * Assembling and supervising shipment and delivery planning. * Tracking vehicle arrivals. * Monitoring vehicle procurement. * Tracking appointments. * Yard management at distribution centers (CEDIS). * Reconciliation and validation of on-time arrival and on-time delivery. * Tracking and compliance with proof of deliveries (PODs). * Daily transportation tracking administration. * Transportation documentation and invoicing. * Rate reconciliation and review. * Financial closings. **We Offer:** -------------- * Salary: $33,624 * **Temporary contract** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * 10% food vouchers * 13% savings fund * 30 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance **Work location: Cuautitlán Izcalli** **Temporary contract: 3 months**
