A company driven by its people. **Requirements:** --------------- * Completed bachelor's degree or engineering degree * Proficiency in OTM and TMS * 3 years of experience * Intermediate Excel skills * Must reside near the work area **Responsibilities:** ---------------- * Planning and supervision of shipment and delivery scheduling. * Tracking unit arrivals. * Tracking unit procurement. * Tracking appointments. * Yard management at distribution centers (CEDIS). * Reconciliation and validation of on-time arrival and on-time delivery. * Tracking and compliance with PODs (Proof of Deliveries). * Daily transportation tracking administration. * Transportation documentation and invoicing. * Rate reconciliation and review. * Financial closing. **We Offer:** -------------- * Salary: $33,624 * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * 10% food vouchers * 13% savings fund * 30 days of year-end bonus * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Direct employment contract with DHL Work location: Nextlalpan, State of Mexico
