Requirements: - Completed high school education (Bachelor’s certificate mandatory). - Excellent oral fluency, writing skills, and spelling. - Proficient use of PCs and digital tools. - Full-time availability (rotating shifts according to operational needs). Preferred qualifications (plus): - Prior experience in Contact Centers (Sales, Collections, or Retention).
