We are currently undergoing a digital transformation, particularly in multi-channel operations; therefore, we invite you to join our team as: Specialist Leader in Accounting, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. **Position Objective:** Maintain a healthy accounts portfolio by performing collection follow-up activities, bank reconciliations and system entries, return and credit note tracking, re-invoicing, account statement clarifications with clients, and managing client and marketplace portals. **What You’ll Gain With Us** * A highly positive work environment with appropriate professional and personal life balance * Extensive learning and training in consumer products, especially within the E-commerce channel * Professional, financial, and personal development, along with financial stability. **Our Offer:** * **Monthly Salary:** MXN 15,000, tax-free, plus statutory benefits and above * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Location:** Parque Toreo, Naucalpan. **About Your Profile – What We’re Looking For:** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree (graduated, incomplete, or intern) in administrative or accounting fields. * Prior experience in distribution companies serving traditional clients, wholesalers, distributors, retail knowledge, self-service stores, and marketplace platforms (Mercado Libre, Amazon, Walmart) is highly desirable. * 1–2 years of solid accounting experience: management and reconciliation of payroll taxes, IMSS, Infonavit; bank reconciliations; billing follow-up; preparation of accounting entries; expense, revenue, and journal vouchers. * 1–2 years of experience filing tax obligations (monthly, annual, DIOT, informative returns, shareholder reports, refunds, clarifications, etc.).
