Currently undergoing digital transformation—particularly in multichannel operations—we invite you to join our team as: Specialist Leader in Accounting, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. **Position Objective:** Maintain a healthy accounts receivable portfolio by performing collection follow-up activities, bank reconciliations and system entries, return and credit note tracking, re-invoicing, account statement clarifications with clients, and management of client and marketplace portals. **What you’ll gain with us** * Excellent work environment with appropriate professional and personal life balance * Extensive learning and training in consumer products, especially within the Ecommerce channel * Professional, economic, and personal development, along with financial stability. **Our offer:** * **Compensation:** MXN 15,000 monthly, free of statutory benefits and above * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work location:** Parque Toreo, Naucalpan. **Your profile — what we’re looking for:** * Technical degree or undergraduate program (graduated, incomplete, or intern) in administrative or accounting disciplines. * Highly desirable experience at a distributor serving traditional clients, wholesalers, and distributors; knowledge of retail, self-service, and marketplaces (Mercado Libre, Amazon, Walmart). * 1–2 years of solid accounting experience: Management and reconciliation of payroll-related taxes (IMSS, Infonavit), bank reconciliations, billing follow-up, preparation of accounting records, expense/income/daily journal entries. * 1–2 years preparing tax obligations (monthly, annual, DIOT, informative filings, shareholder reports, refunds, clarifications, etc.).
