Currently undergoing digital transformation—particularly in multichannel initiatives—we invite you to join our team as: Specialist Leader in Accounting, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. **Position Objective:** Maintain a healthy accounts receivable portfolio by performing collection follow-up activities, bank reconciliations and system entries, monitoring returns and credit notes, reissuing invoices, resolving account statement discrepancies with clients, and managing client portals and marketplaces. **What You’ll Gain With Us** * Excellent work environment with an appropriate balance between professional and personal life * Extensive learning and training in consumer products, especially within the E-commerce channel * Professional, economic, and personal development, plus financial stability. **Our Offer:** * **Monthly Salary:** MXN $15,000, tax-free, plus statutory benefits and above * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Location:** Parque Toreo, Naucalpan. **About Your Profile – What We’re Looking For:** * Technical or undergraduate degree (completed, incomplete, or candidate) in administrative or accounting fields. * Highly desirable experience in distribution companies serving traditional clients, wholesalers, distributors, retail, self-service outlets, and marketplace platforms (Mercado Libre, Amazon, Walmart). * 1–2 years of solid accounting experience: management and reconciliation of payroll-related taxes (IMSS, Infonavit), bank reconciliations, billing follow-up, preparation of accounting entries, expense/income/daily journal entries. * 1–2 years of experience filing tax obligations (monthly, annual, DIOT, informative reports, shareholder reports, refunds, clarifications, etc.).
