We are hiring! – Quality Manager (Food Industry) Location: San Sebastián Tenochtitlán Position Type: Full-time A food-sector company is seeking a Quality Manager with experience in food safety and quality assurance, focused on ensuring compliance with current standards and regulations. Responsibilities: Implement and supervise the Quality and Food Safety Management System. Ensure compliance with GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and applicable regulations. Coordinate internal and external audits, as well as health authority inspections. Manage microbiological testing and quality control throughout production processes. Track non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions. Train staff on quality and hygiene topics. Supervise documentation, records, and product traceability. Requirements: Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the food industry. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and health regulations. Leadership, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset. Immediate availability. We offer: Competitive salary (based on experience).
