Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and execute construction works, ensuring compliance with planning, quality, and safety requirements, and leading work teams. Key Highlights: 1. Quality and safety management in projects **Minimum Education**: Bachelor's Degree / Engineering **Field of Study**: Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture **Experience**: 5 years **Gender**: No preference **Age**: 30 years old **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND/OR ACTIVITIES OF THE POSITION** * Scheduling of works to be executed * Inspection and execution of the construction work, complying with each of its phases and requirements according to drawings, specifications, and other necessary documents. * Ensuring that the dates stipulated in the construction schedule are met as planned * Personnel movement and control * Requesting materials in advance, verifying their condition and quality for respective execution. * Interpretation of drawings * Reporting any anomalies or discrepancies arising during construction execution to the Construction Manager. * Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace * Promptly reporting to the Construction Manager any risk situations, incidents, hazards, or opportunities occurring, having occurred, or likely to occur within the construction site, involving one or more stakeholders. **OTHER KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILLS** * Practical experience supervising industrial warehouses and steel structures. * Leadership, communication, and effective team management skills. * Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions in a constantly evolving environment. * Knowledge of technological tools and software used in construction project management. * Knowledge of construction and project planning. * Knowledge of construction laws and regulations. * Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance. * Ability to supervise the quality of completed work. * Experience in managing timelines and delivery deadlines. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus on project objectives. * Ability to identify and resolve construction-related issues. * Knowledge of construction techniques and materials. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $24,000\.00 \- $26,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
