Job Summary: We are seeking a Telephone Advisor to play a key role in the initial contact with customers, guiding them through their housing acquisition process and providing personalized advisory services. You will be instrumental in our first interaction with customers, guiding them clearly and professionally through their home acquisition process. What will be your mission? Provide attention and follow-up to potential customers, offering personalized advisory services and ensuring a positive experience from the very first contact. Working Hours · Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM · Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Work Location Santa Fe Corporate Office, Mexico City What will you do? · Contact and follow up with customers interested in our developments. · Provide clear, empathetic, and customer-need-focused advisory services. · Identify and profile prospects to channel them to the sales department. · Accurately register and update information in the CRM system. · Achieve contact, follow-up, and conversion targets. What are we looking for in you? · Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center* or telephone customer service. · Completed high school diploma (mandatory). · Excellent communication and persuasion skills. · Customer orientation and results-driven mindset. · Basic proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems. · Proactive attitude, discipline, and organizational skills.
