You will be instrumental in our first interaction with customers, guiding them clearly and professionally through their home acquisition process. What will be your mission? Provide attention and follow-up to potential customers, offering personalized advisory services and ensuring a positive experience from the very first contact. Working Hours · Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM · Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Work Location Santa Fe Corporate Office, Mexico City What will you do? · Contact and follow up with customers interested in our developments. · Provide clear, empathetic, and customer-need-focused advisory services. · Identify and profile prospects to channel them to the sales department. · Accurately register and update information in the CRM system. · Achieve contact, follow-up, and conversion targets. What are we looking for in you? · Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center* or telephone customer service. · Completed high school diploma (mandatory). · Excellent communication and persuasion skills. · Customer orientation and results-driven mindset. · Basic proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems. · Proactive attitude, discipline, and organizational skills.
