Corporate and Administrative City: FEDERAL DISTRICT Publication Date: May 4, 2026 Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Description: **Job Objective** Support the issuance, control, and tracking of invoices, ensuring proper administrative management and compliance with tax processes. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Preparation and issuance of invoices (revenue and expenses). * Preparation of manual invoices. * Recording and control of invoicing in administrative systems (ERP). * Cancellation and reissuance of invoices when necessary. * Assistance with account reconciliations. * Document filing and control (physical and digital). * Internal customer support regarding invoicing matters. * Preparation of billing reports, as required. **Requirements** * Education: Technical high school diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (in progress or completed). * Experience: 1 year in billing or administrative roles. * Knowledge: * + Electronic invoicing (CFDI). + Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. + ERP system usage (preferred). * Skills: * + Organization + Attention to detail + Teamwork + Effective communication
