Join Estafeta! **Location**(3 minutes from UAM Azcapotzalco Metrobús station) **Administrative Assistant \- Customer Service** **Position Objective** Provide tracking for items handled by customers, from waybill creation to final shipment delivery. **Job Functions or Activities** * Waybill creation. * KPI indicator preparation. * Collection folio generation. * Pre-alerting and tracking of collection folios. * Customer service via email (responding to customer issues and inquiries). * Ticket creation (reports). * Control and tracking of items handled for assigned account(s). **Requirements** * High school diploma or technical degree; recent bachelor’s graduates. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles or administrative/support functions, preferably in sales, customer service, or logistics environments. * Basic to intermediate office software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook email). **Competencies** * Results-oriented. * Tolerance. * Teamwork. * Analytical ability. * Customer service orientation. * Proactivity. **What We Offer You** * Competitive salary. * Superior benefits. * Productivity bonus. * Career growth within the company. * Positive work environment. * Food vouchers
