We are seeking top talent for the **Payroll Analyst** position at our Polanco office. RESPONSIBILITIES - Process payrolls for multiple companies. - Perform corresponding reconciliations for the accounting department. - Calculate payroll taxes. - Calculate IMSS contributions and payroll tax. - Calculate special payrolls (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). - Calculate and stamp payroll receipts. - Operate payroll determination software (Contpaqi). - Process compliance-related filings. REQUIREMENTS - Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. - Minimum 2 years’ experience preparing payrolls for a workforce of 1,000 employees. - Proficiency in Contpaqi. - Experience with Admin, Nomipaq, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, IMSS mailbox, SUA, IDSE, REPSE. - Ability to interpret payroll tax regulations for CDMX, State of Mexico, and other jurisdictions. - Proficiency in Excel.
