Organizing ingredients at workstations to ensure readiness upon receiving orders. 2. Supply Management and Storage Goods receipt: Verifying that products arrive in good condition and in correct quantities. Proper storage: storing supplies following the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) system and adhering to required storage temperatures. Basic inventory control to report shortages to the chef or supervisor. 3. Service Support Plating: Assisting with final decoration or assembly of simple dishes. Basic cooking: supervising preparations requiring extended cooking times (e.g., boiling legumes or rice) under supervision.
