




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring operational continuity, data integrity, and optimization of critical platforms, managing vendors, and leading software implementation to enhance administrative and financial efficiency. Job Mission Ensure operational continuity, data integrity, and optimization of the group’s critical platforms (Odoo, Omnia, Intelisis). Will be responsible for managing technical relationships with vendors, administering server infrastructure, and leading the implementation of new modules or software to drive administrative and financial efficiency. Responsibilities: 1. Platform Management and Support: - Monitor and resolve technical errors in Omnia and Odoo platforms. - Manage users, permissions, and access (Odoo, Omnia, and Remote Desktop to Intelisis). - Supervise server administration jointly with the IT department. 2. Vendor Liaison and Management: - Escalate and track incidents with strategic vendors. - Select, compare, and review the technical aspects of contracts with new system vendors. - Coordinate specialized accounting advisory services for Odoo operations. 3. Financial Operations and Processes: - Execute information loading processes for quota and budget management. - Manage CSD and PAC files (Finkok) for electronic invoicing and payroll. - Identify and correct discrepancies in negative budgets across Operations, Procurement, and Finance departments. 4. Projects and Implementation: - Lead the integration of Odoo with external systems (STP, Clip, Bio Time Pro, etc.). - Supervise software implementation in residential developments (Urbium, Neivor, among others). - Document processes and coordinate training (videos and manuals) for end users. Required Profile - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Experience: 3–5 years in managerial or IT coordination roles. - Demonstrable experience in IT Project Management. Essential Technical Knowledge: - Operating Systems: Solid expertise in Windows and Linux servers. - Database management and querying. - Development: Proficiency in Python (especially for Odoo) and GeneXus. - Regulatory Standards: Knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 27001 (Information Security) standards. - Analytical capability for resolving logical and technical errors. - Effective negotiation with external vendors. - Focus on order, documentation, and process orientation. - Excellent internal communication skills to coordinate finance and operations departments.
