Profile of the Organizational Development Analyst: Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Industrial/Organizational), Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Typically requires 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in Organizational Development, training, or performance evaluation. Technical Knowledge: Performance and competency evaluation. Training Needs Assessment (TNA). Management of organizational climate and culture. Development of procedural manuals and organizational charts. Proficiency in Office software suite (especially intermediate-level Excel) and human resources information systems. Skills and Competencies: Analytical and synthesis capabilities for working with key performance indicators (KPIs). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Orientation toward continuous improvement and internal customer service. Proactivity and strong organizational ability.
