Profile of the Organizational Development Analyst: Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Industrial/Organizational), Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Typically requires 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in Organizational Development, training, or performance evaluation. Technical Knowledge: Performance and competency evaluation. Training Needs Assessment (TNA). Management of organizational climate and culture. Development of procedural manuals and organizational charts. Proficiency in Office software suite (especially intermediate-level Excel) and human resources information systems. Skills and Competencies: Analytical and synthesis capabilities for working with key performance indicators (KPIs). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Orientation toward continuous improvement and internal customer service. Proactivity and strong organizational ability. Core Responsibilities: Climate and Culture: Measure, analyze, and propose initiatives to improve work climate and organizational culture. Training: Administer the training and development plan.
