We seek an organized, responsible, and highly personable Administrative Assistant who can provide administrative support to an insurance agent promotion office. The selected candidate will assist in activity coordination, administrative control, and follow-up on requests and complaints from agents and policyholders. This position is critical to maintaining order in daily operations and supporting the promoter and agents in their administrative tasks. Responsibilities General administrative support for the promotion office. Monitoring and tracking of agent payments and commissions. Organization and coordination of agent meetings and conferences. Follow-up on policyholder requests or complaints. Calendar management and support in coordinating the promoter’s activities. Database and administrative file management and updates. Telephone and email communication handling, and support in communications with agents. Requirements Completed high school diploma or administrative bachelor’s degree (preferred). Experience in administrative or assistant roles. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. Basic computer and digital tool skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Skills Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Professional appearance. Responsible and organized. Ability to track pending items. Clear and professional communication.
