MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT - CUAJIMALPA CORE JOB OBJECTIVE Support the care, preservation, repair, and maintenance of hydraulic, sanitary, electrical, furniture, and office equipment installations by conducting daily inspections, thereby ensuring equipment functionality and contributing to the company’s positive image. PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 4.1 Verify the functionality of office air-conditioning units, arranging timely maintenance and opening/closing access points to ensure proper operation or as requested by internal customers. *Reset chillers if alarms are triggered 4.2 Inspect and perform preventive and corrective repairs on hydrosanitary (restrooms, sinks, drainage) and gas installations by anticipating or identifying issues, thereby ensuring uninterrupted equipment and business operations. 4.3 Perform preventive-corrective maintenance both inside and outside facilities (painting, masonry, waterproofing, drywall, furniture repair, etc.) to maintain real estate and assets in good condition consistent with the company’s image. 4.4 Conduct daily inspections of electrical installations, replacing burnt-out light fixtures and checking outlet functionality to ensure adequate facility lighting and guarantee users have energized workstations for connecting their tools. 4.5 Perform locksmithing tasks, including key duplication, lock cylinder replacement, and drawer unlocking upon user request, supporting the safeguarding of documents, equipment, or personal accessories.
