Location (Cuauhtémoc, 10 minutes from Patriotismo metro station) Position objective Establish guidelines to ensure proper control over invoice cancellations and reissuances by reviewing supporting electronic documents according to the reason for cancellation, with the aim of detecting deviations in the cancellation process and reducing the overall volume of cancelled invoices. Requirements * Education: Technical high school diploma * 6 months to 1 year of experience in billing, including invoices, credit notes or debit notes, and customer billing follow-up * SAP is mandatory * Intermediate Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cross-referencing information. Job functions or responsibilities * Verify cancellation requests submitted by the Sales Administrator in the cancellations and reissuances report on Drive, ensuring that the invoice-to-be-cancelled information has been entered by the Billing Analyst and/or GDVs. * Analyze electronic supporting documents for cancelled invoices from previous months and the current month generated by GDVs. * Prepare monthly cancellation statistics by district. * Cancel orders sent by the Sales Administrator per district. * Analyze physical waybill controls implicitly linked to cancellations. * Collect monthly point-of-sale cancelled tickets by region and/or office, as provided by Accounts Receivable (CXC).
