Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Security Guard for a condominium booth, with skills in access control, person and vehicle monitoring, and logbook management. Key Highlights: 1. WE ARE HIRING A SECURITY GUARD FOR A CONDOMINIUM BOOTH, WORK LOCATION: SANTA FE PROFILE Minimum 1-year proven experience as a security guard; experience at access booths is preferred. Mandatory: Service-oriented attitude (kindness, courtesy, empathy); honesty, ethics, discipline, and responsibility; attention to detail; ability to handle conflicts diplomatically and adhere to regulations. Availability for shift schedule: 24-hour shifts every 24 hours. Basic knowledge of Civil Protection (desirable). PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Control of access for persons and vehicles. Inspection, registration, and assistance of residents, vendors, employees, visitors, etc. Conducting patrols. Adherence to instructions, procedures, and standing orders. Completion of logbooks and reports. Absolute discretion. We Offer Base salary: $12,000 MXN per month + monthly performance bonus of $3,000 MXN. Statutory benefits. Job stability. Direct hiring.
