They will manage operational continuity, tenant and visitor satisfaction, vendor supervision, and budgetary control, ensuring compliance with quality and service standards. **Your Responsibilities** * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the property (facilities, HVAC, elevators, common areas). * Ensure standards of cleanliness, safety, order, and presentation of the shopping center. * Monitor incidents, risks, and compliance with security and civil protection protocols. * Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding operational matters, permits, construction works, and requests. * Follow up on complaints, requests, and SLA compliance. * Coordinate tenant space deliveries and returns, ensuring adherence to internal regulations. * Supervise vendors (security, cleaning, landscaping, etc.) and validate proper service execution. * Manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, review invoices, and prepare operational reports and KPIs. **What You’ll Need** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred). * 2–4 years of experience as a Property Manager, Facility Manager, or Property Administrator, ideally in retail or shopping centers. * Knowledge of basic technical operations, maintenance planning, and vendor management. * Experience with purchase orders (PO)/order confirmations (OC), service validation, and basic budgetary control (OPEX/CAPEX). * Intermediate Excel skills (tables, filters, tracking). * Organizational, service-oriented, assertive communication, and conflict resolution skills. * Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks. **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the world’s leading commercial real estate services and investment firm—driving progress for businesses and people.
