Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for a Condominium, responsible for coordinating, training, and supervising cleaning staff, as well as organizing work schedules and reporting anomalies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and training of cleaning staff 2. Management of routines and assignment of personnel to common areas 3. Inspection and evaluation of task compliance **WE ARE SEEKING A CLEANING SUPERVISOR FOR A CONDOMINIUM** **Working Hours:** Morning shift: Monday to Sunday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Afternoon shift: Monday to Sunday: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Rest day: Rotating one day per week **Responsibilities:** * \- Coordinate cleaning staff * \- Train staff * \- Develop routines and work schedules to assign cleaning staff to various common areas of the Condominium * \- Follow up and submit respective reports * \- Inspect and evaluate task compliance by staff under supervision * \- Maintain order in equipment and work areas, reporting any anomalies. **We Offer:** * \- Gross monthly salary of $13,000 * \- Statutory benefits Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $13,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
