Proactivity and eagerness to learn **Job Objective** Support the preparation, analysis, and control of accounting for assigned companies, ensuring tax compliance and the quality of financial information. **Main Responsibilities** * Data entry into the accounting system * Bank and accounting reconciliations * Review and analysis of accounting records * Preparation of working papers (monthly and annual) * Filing of tax returns (federal and state) * Reconciliation of issued and received XML files versus accounting records * Preparation of financial reports for management * Support during external audits * Review of journal entries * Support on basic payroll matters * Direct client interaction (implementation) * Support in supervising accounting activities (based on experience) **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (graduated or intern) * 1–2 years of accounting experience * Knowledge of: * Income Tax Law (ISR), VAT Law (IVA), and Federal Tax Code (CFF) * Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) / International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) * Working papers and accounting closings **Technical Skills** * Advanced Excel proficiency * Microsoft Office Suite * Preparation of financial reports **Competencies** * Attention to detail * Analytical thinking * Teamwork * Responsibility and commitment * Proactivity and eagerness to learn * Organization **We Offer** * Base salary of $17,000 net monthly * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Bonus starting at 6 months * Opportunity for professional growth Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $17,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or are you an intern? * What level of experience do you have performing bank and accounting reconciliations? * Have you prepared working papers for monthly and/or annual closings, including taxes (ISR, IVA)? * What is your practical level of Excel proficiency?
