The position is for Technical Support, and responsibilities include: Providing first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. Delivering personalized customer service. Tracking completed services. Recommending additional services and promotions. Meeting performance metrics and indicators. We Offer: Gross monthly salary: $9,900.00 (salary growth and service commissions).
