Position Summary: Accounting Assistant responsible for providing comprehensive support to the accounting department by recording financial transactions and ensuring compliance with tax and banking obligations. Analysis and cleanup of account balances in the balance sheet Leading construction company seeks: **\-Accounting Assistant** Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the accounting department through accurate recording of financial transactions, ensuring that information in the COI system is up-to-date and that tax and banking obligations are fulfilled timely and correctly. Main Responsibilities Journal Entry Recording: Preparation and entry of journal, revenue, and expense vouchers into the Aspel COI system, ensuring proper account assignment. CFDI Management: Validation, download, and reconciliation of Digital Fiscal Receipts (revenues and expenses) to ensure their deductibility. Bank Reconciliations: Monthly comparison of bank statements against accounting records, identifying and resolving outstanding items. Expense Accruals: Timely recording of liabilities incurred by the company (services, suppliers, payroll) to reflect expenses in the corresponding period. Account Cleanup: Analysis and cleanup of balances in balance sheet accounts (customers, suppliers, other debtors) to ensure the accuracy of financial statements. VAT Control: Calculation and determination of deductible VAT and transferred VAT effectively collected and paid for monthly tax returns. Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (candidate or graduate). Experience 1–2 years in similar positions. Software Proficiency in Aspel COI (mandatory), intermediate Excel, and SAT portals.
