In our Finance department, we are looking for a **Revenue Analyst** with exceptional attention to detail to optimize our collections cycle and safeguard the integrity of our financial information. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * **Revenue Cycle Management:** Execute billing processes and ensure accurate application of collections within the ERP. * **Cash Flow Optimization:** Reduce delinquency indicators (**DSO**) by closely monitoring payment commitments and managing overdue portfolios. * **Bank Reconciliation:** Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements vs. ERP, eliminating unidentified balances (*unapplied cash*). * **Data Intelligence:** Prepare weekly collections reports to support strategic decision-making jointly with Sales and Treasury. **What we are looking for in you:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, **Economics**, or related field. * **Experience:** 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable analysis, payment application, and bank reconciliations. * **Technical Proficiency:** * **Advanced Excel:** Expert-level use of pivot tables and complex formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) for analyzing large datasets. * **Systems:** Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central preferred). * **Languages:** Intermediate English (technical reading proficiency). * **Psychometric Profile:** Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, and **exceptional attention to detail.** **What we offer:** * **Salary:** $20,000 Net Monthly. * **Employment Type:** 100% formal, permanent, direct employment with the company. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. * **Location:** Offices in Santa Fe, CDMX (On-site work). * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs. **If you are methodical, honest, and committed to technical excellence, we want to meet you!** Apply through this channel, attaching your updated CV.
