Job Summary: We are seeking a Group Lending Coordinator to lead and manage loan portfolio placement and administration, utilizing field-based sales, collections, and negotiation skills. Leadership in group lending A leading and rapidly growing company in group lending is looking for: **GROUP LENDING COORDINATOR** We offer: * Flexible, objective-based scheme—no office attendance required * Base salary of $9,500–$10,500 MXN per month (paid weekly) * Uncapped bonus scheme (average total of $4,000–$5,000 MXN weekly) * Placement bonuses paid on the same day you place the loan * Portfolio management bonuses paid weekly * Major medical expense insurance (effective after probation period) * Direct hiring * Statutory benefits from day one of employment * Transportation allowance up to $1,500 MXN monthly, based on distance * Interest-free payroll loans after completion of probation period Requirements: * Completed upper secondary education * Minimum 1 year of experience in group lending (mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in group lending positions (mandatory during 2025) * Existing client portfolio (mandatory) * Personal means of transportation (car, motorcycle, etc.)—preferred Skills: * Collections * Field sales or door-to-door sales * Negotiation * Strong verbal communication * Frustration tolerance * Communication * Self-management Join our team and grow with us—apply now!
