Active participation in progress tracking and regulatory compliance. **Mexican construction company specializing in project execution and technical supervision is seeking:** **SITE ASSISTANT (JUNIOR RESIDENT)** **Job Objective:** Support the execution, supervision, and control of activities at the assigned construction site, ensuring compliance with the construction schedule, proper use of materials and resources, and adherence to technical specifications, safety, quality, and environmental regulations. **Employment Offer:** * **Net Monthly Salary:** $16,000\.00 MXN. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Contract Type:** Fixed-term, for the duration of the project. * **Reports To:** Site Superintendent. * **Location:** Tepatlaxco de Hidalgo, Pue. (Municipality of Tepatlaxco de Hidalgo) **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field. * Minimum 1 year of on-site experience, preferably in housing or public works projects. * Knowledge of blueprint reading and basic construction processes. * On-site material control. * Basic safety regulations (NOM\-STPS). * Proficiency with tools: * Advanced Excel * AutoCAD * Google Drive * Teamwork skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Assist in daily supervision of on-site work. * Verify that activities are carried out per blueprints and specifications. * Track daily physical progress and report deviations to the Resident or Superintendent. * Assist in receiving, verifying, and controlling materials on site. * Confirm that materials are used as specified. * Prevent material losses and misuse. * Coordinate daily site activities, verifying availability of resources (materials, labor, equipment). * Assist in verifying the use of PPE on site and compliance with safety and quality guidelines. * Record activities, progress, and incidents in the site logbook, including photographic evidence.
