Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. * Experience as a manager or assistant manager in **Giro** **Retail** stores. * Experience with planograms and KPIs. * Experience in personnel management and conflict resolution. * Experience in supplier service and merchandise receiving. * Knowledge of cash handling, sales, cash audits, and customer service.
