**Construction sector company, specializing in housing and public works projects, seeks:** **Installation Resident.** **Position objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of site installations—including electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, and auxiliary systems—guaranteeing compliance with drawings, technical specifications, current regulations, and the construction schedule, with specific control per work front, section, housing unit, and residential complex. **Job offer:** **Net monthly salary: $23,000\.00** Benefits: Statutory benefits. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of on-site installation experience; experience in housing and public works is desirable. Experience supervising electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations. Experience coordinating specialized contractors. Experience monitoring progress per work front, section, and housing unit. Knowledge of applicable regulations, including NOM, CFE, CONAGUA, and local ordinances. Ability to read and interpret installation drawings. Knowledge of installation construction processes. Capacity to resolve technical issues on-site. Interdepartmental coordination skills. Ability to manage materials and equipment. Willingness to work 100% on-site. **Desirable knowledge:** Proficiency in AutoCAD. Familiarity with Revit MEP is desirable. Proficiency in Google Drive for document control and tracking. Office suite proficiency, especially Excel and Word. Supervision of stormwater installations and final connections. Validation of installations prior to concealment, stage completion, and handover. Supervision of hydraulic, sanitary, and electrical testing. Coordination of work sequencing with civil works and finishing trades. Control of materials and equipment according to specifications and required quality. Preparation of installations for final testing, handover, and audits. **Key responsibilities:** Supervise installation execution in accordance with the executive project, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. Coordinate and supervise installation contractors per work front. Monitor installation progress per work front, section, housing unit, and residential complex. Conduct site inspections to verify correct execution, installation quality, and regulatory compliance. Verify that materials and equipment meet specifications and required quality standards. Coordinate proper work sequencing with civil works and finishing departments. Supervise hydraulic, sanitary, and electrical testing.
