Key Responsibilities: * Operate backhoe loaders for excavation, trenching, and material handling. * Carry out loading, backfilling, and grading tasks per engineering drawings and specifications. * Inspect the mechanical and operational condition of the equipment daily before use. * Promptly report malfunctions, damages, or maintenance requirements. * Maintain machinery cleanliness and optimal operating conditions. * Strictly comply with site safety protocols and guidelines. * Coordinate maneuvers with support staff and supervision personnel. * Respect layout markings, elevations, depths, and alignments defined by the technical department. * Prevent damage to infrastructure, utilities, materials, and personnel. * Assist in workplace signage and demarcation. * Document relevant incidents occurring during the work shift. * Optimize equipment usage to avoid rework and waste. * Meet scheduled deadlines outlined in the construction program. * Report daily progress to the Site Supervisor or Resident Engineer. * Support general site activities related to the role as required.
