




Position Summary: We are seeking a sales and customer service professional to market medical equipment maintenance services and provide administrative support for customer service. Technical service and sales scheduling and follow-up We are a company located in Cuernavaca, Morelos, dedicated to marketing medical equipment maintenance services. **Objective:** Achieve sales targets and provide administrative support to enhance customer service levels through services delivered on technical service routes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree (student completing final requirements or graduate) in Social Sciences and Administration or Health Sciences. * Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, CRM management, market research, and healthcare sector sales. * Immediate availability **Main Responsibilities:** * Answer incoming calls via Pure Cloud system, emails, and WhatsApp to provide information and customer support. * Make outbound calls for service scheduling and follow-up on requests. * Propose service routes, review ongoing routes, and plan upcoming routes. * Schedule visits for assigned territory using CRM and/or Google Calendar (warranties, sales, tenders). * Generate, send, and confirm quotations. * Follow up on quotations. * Update field visit quotations. * Record quotations in RS-07 “Route Tracking” database. * Enter sales orders (PV) into ERP and CRM for invoicing process. * Issue delivery notes (remisiones) to release PVs. * Review tender maintenance schedules to ensure timely compliance. * Request spare parts for sold services. * Follow up on pending pricing matters with the responsible Coordinator. * Deliver spare parts to each technician. * Track arrival of paid and requested spare parts. * Collections management. * Upload invoices payable to customers’ digital portals. * Follow up on warranty validation for Sales/Tenders in the assigned territory. * Personal inventory control using RD-01. * Generate charges at terminals or portals as applicable. * Generate payment links for customers. * Register customers outside the system. * Request transfers. **We Offer** * Base salary: 100% nominal * Meal vouchers: $2,150.00 monthly * Benefits exceeding legal requirements: Savings Fund (5%), Life Insurance, Funeral Expense Assistance, Vacation Bonus. * Working days: Monday to Friday Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal vouchers Experience: * Telemarketing: 3 years (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
