**Objective:** Manage and optimize material, human, and technological resources in productive processes by applying tools/systems that enable operational control, ensuring continuous improvement and development of processes to guarantee productivity, integrity, product quality, personnel safety, and achievement of operational excellence.

**Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
**REQUIREMENTS:**
**Experience:**
Minimum 3 years performing these functions (same or similar position)
**Education:**
Bachelor’s degree / Industrial Engineering or related field.
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Ensure compliance with manufacturing process standards and controls, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory and customer requirements, promoting continuous improvement, process optimization, and reduction of manufacturing costs.
· Ensure achievement of production process performance indicators (KPIs), and establish necessary corrective action plans in case of non-compliance.
· Ensure continuity and compliance of production processes according to quality requirements and procedures established in the management system, as well as implementation of operational improvements in departments under supervision.
· Monitor planned production by properly managing assigned personnel, machinery, materials, and equipment resources, in coordination with production supervisors.
· Evaluate current production processes to propose and develop improvement projects aimed at optimizing and reducing costs/resources, thereby maximizing business profitability.
· Ensure availability of manufacturing equipment, coordinating with the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor to guarantee execution of the preventive maintenance program and ensure functionality of manufacturing equipment.
· Collaborate in investigations and formulation of action plans to address quality complaints and rejections (customer complaints, non-conformities, process deviations).
· Coordinate and verify that records and evidence demonstrating compliance with production standards, procedures, quality requirements, and process controls are prepared and retained, maintaining full traceability of each product’s manufacturing process at all times.
· Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, quality and safety standards for each manufacturing site, to guarantee integrity of manufactured medical devices and personnel.
· Ensure continuous talent development through appropriate tools, maximizing individual contribution to the business via succession planning.
**Required Knowledge:**

Ø Experience in pharmaceutical / cosmetic / medical device / mass-consumption industries

Ø Proficiency in improvement tools
Ø Knowledge of regulations applicable to the company
