If you meet these criteria, apply now to fill our vacancy for:** ***PARTS DEPARTMENT MANAGER*** **Requirements:** * **Completed Bachelor’s degree in Economics \- Administration or Industrial Engineering** * 2 years of experience in a similar position **Experience:** * Parts department management-level experience * Automotive sector experience * Sales to various market segments; automotive parts sales experience preferred * Personnel management (average team size of 4\-6 people) * Inventory administration and control **Knowledge:** * Preparation and analysis of sales results and forecasts * Monitoring of sales performance * Inventory analysis, control, and administration * In-depth knowledge of automotive parts and accessories * Warehouse organization and orderliness * Knowledge and application of sales processes * Strategic planning development * Basic automotive mechanical knowledge * Customer relationship management * Proficiency in Office software and Internet ***We Offer:*** * ***Job stability*** * Base salary \+ COMMISSIONS * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Mon\-Fri 9:00 AM \- 6:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM \- 2:00 PM *Our company is committed to gender equity and non-discrimination, as well as equal opportunity.
