POSITION: STORE MANAGER LOCATION: **Av. Domingo Diez 1203, Lomas de la Selva, 62253, Cuernavaca, Mor.** What Will You Do Daily? As Store Manager, you will perform various tasks to ensure the store looks immaculate and ready to welcome our customers, as well as supervise and guide a work team to achieve results. Your main responsibilities will include: * Assign and supervise staff work plans according to established goals. * Provide and promote excellent customer service by assisting or selling on the sales floor, and handling customer feedback or recommendations. * Process product payments at checkout counters and perform cash register closings. * Perform and supervise sales floor tasks such as price changes, merchandise arrangement, shelf and product cleaning, and maintenance and cleaning of common areas. * Supervise and carry out store opening or closing procedures. * Receive products delivered from the Distribution Center. * Monitor achievement of store objectives and develop action plans for improvement. * Perform administrative tasks such as receiving suppliers, delivering funds, recording merchandise in the system, and managing and controlling shrinkage. * Perform personnel management tasks such as creating schedules, reporting payroll incidents, welcoming new hires, training staff, conducting performance evaluations, etc. * Be a leader in compliance with company policies and processes; set an example of discipline.
