Development of key performance indicators Join our team as: ***Warehouse Manager*** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Leading receiving, storage, and distribution operations for Finished Products, Raw Materials, Auxiliaries, Chemicals, and Dyes in accordance with company-established policies and procedures. * Ensuring physical inventory matches computer system records. * Coordinating inventory movement to develop order planning based on priorities set by the Sales Department. * Systematically and strategically planning the physical layout of warehouses and storage volumes. * Developing and maintaining management indicators (inventory turnover, inventory accuracy, service level). * Complying with and enforcing warehouse safety requirements per Mexican Official Standards (NOMs), internal guidelines, and the Integrated Management System (SGC). * Identifying and implementing strategies to improve profitability in PO deliveries. **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience: 3 years in this role (preferably within national industry) * Knowledge of Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) related to material storage and handling. * Material storage strategies and techniques. * Advanced Excel proficiency * Willingness to travel **We offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $35,000, commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers * Savings fund * 30-day year-end bonus * Company-provided mobile phone * Life insurance * Subsidized industrial cafeteria service ***Note: This vacancy is for the Civac and Yecapixtla areas; availability to work at both plants is required.*** Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $30,000.00 \- $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Employee referral program * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Company phone * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
