At Exitus Credit, we seek field commercial leaders focused on results and with proven experience in payroll loan origination. This role is for profiles who lead through execution, accompany their team in the field, and convert objectives into results. **Responsibilities** * Lead and execute payroll loan origination within the assigned territory. * Manage, activate, and support commercial teams in the field. * Drive client acquisition, closing, and origination growth. * Implement cross-selling and commercial activation strategies. * Monitor performance indicators focused on results. * Ensure achievement of the branch’s monthly targets. **Requirements** * Mandatory experience in payroll and/or domiciled loans. 1–2 years of experience in similar positions (Commercial Manager or Supervisor). * Demonstrable leadership of sales teams in the field. * 100% commercial profile, goal-oriented. * Availability to work 80% in the field. * Knowledge of cross-selling strategies. **We Offer** * Base salary: $12,500 * Bonuses for target achievement * Timely payroll payment * Autonomy to implement commercial strategies in the field * Role with high impact on results and professional growth Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,500.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
