




Position Summary: Advise and train internal and external customers to promote products and develop their culinary skills, especially in baking and pastry-making. Key Highlights: 1. Advise and train in baking and pastry-making. 2. Promote products and share innovative recipes. 3. Manage groups and demonstrate stage presence. Objective: Advise and train internal and external customers, aiming at their development as well as promoting the company’s products. Responsibilities: * At the Training Center, share recipes and tips for successfully preparing food, using raw materials correctly—materials that customers are encouraged to purchase at Casa Santos Lugo. * On the sales floor, conduct tastings, promote, and recommend to customers the use of products needing promotion on the sales floor. * Identify customer needs regarding the types of products required to prepare their food. * Share technical advice for successfully preparing a recipe. * Promote the variety of products, utensils, and consumables required by the customer. * Train customers according to their knowledge and skill requirements for using the products recommended for purchase at Casa Santos Lugo. Knowledge: * Advanced baking and pastry-making techniques * Experience managing groups of more than 15 people * Knowledge of baking and pastry products * Stage presence * Creativity
