The candidate will be responsible for leading kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in every dish and profitability of the department. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and create new dishes aligned with the restaurant's concept. * Standardize recipes, processes, and presentations. * Prepare and monitor recipe costing. * Supervise and control kitchen costs. * Implement and monitor quality and hygiene controls. * Manage and control waste (shrinkage). * Oversee ordering, inventory, and vendor management. * Lead, train, and supervise the kitchen team. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as Executive Chef or in a similar role. * Experience in seafood cuisine (highly desirable). * Solid knowledge of cost control and kitchen management. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Excellent work environment.
